The Womb of the Mother

Through somatic practice, meditation, ritual, breath, movement and connection with the Earth, we will explore what is ready to be acknowledged, what can be returned to the soil, and what we want to carry consciously into the season ahead. Steps: Honouring the body as territory, reconnecting with the emotional body, and understanding protective patterns and conscious inheritance. Then meet the protective pattern with compassion, somatic dialogue with the protective form, honouring what it has carried, descend into the womb of Mother Earth to compost what has completed its cycle and reclaim the life force within it.
