The Womb of the Mother A journey through maternal lineage, body memory and conscious inheritance. What happens when we slow down enough to hear ourselves again? The Womb of the Mother is an intimate four-hour embodied journey into the body, the Earth and the deeper layers of what we carry. As autumn invites the natural world into harvest and release, we will pause to honour the season we have lived — not only what we consider successful or beautiful, but also the endings, the places where we felt stuck, and the experiences that have shaped us. Through somatic practice, meditation, ritual, breath, movement and connection with the Earth, we will explore what is ready to be acknowledged, what can be returned to the soil, and what we want to carry consciously into the season ahead.
