Next Round Skill Exchange: 30.8. Feldenkrais - Method by Stelios An introduction to the Feldenkrais Method, exploring tools of self-organization and self-regulation for Somatic Practitioners. Through awareness training, movement, touch, and practical work, we learn to reset our systems and work with more ease and less effort. We explore observational skills, listening, neutrality, skeletal awareness, and how our own nervous system affects our clients. How can we work with our whole selves while maintaining a gentle touch, without the need to heal or correct?
